Sandeep Arora Steps Down As Chief Product & Customer Experience Officer Of Suryoday Small Finance Bank

Sandeep Arora has resigned from the position of Chief Product & Customer Experience Officer of Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited for better prospects and career growth with effect from January 10, 2025.

Arora has over 27 years of experience in consumer banking and financial services. Previously, he worked at ICICI Bank as Head of Product Management & Marketing (Personal Loans), at Bharti AXA Life Insurance as SVP & Head of Direct Distribution, and at Jana Small Finance Bank as EVP & Head of Product, Marketing, Alliances, & Digital Banking. Arora holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Punjabi University, Patiala, and has studied a program in business intelligence from IIM Ahmedabad.
