Richa Gupta Rohatgi Steps Down As Company Secretary Of Bharti Hexacom

Bharti Hexacom Limited announced that Richa Gupta Rohatgi has resigned from her position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective January 10, 2025.

Rohatgi has almost 15 years of experience and began her career with Religare Enterprises Ltd. as Company Secretary. Later, she held the position of Company Secretary at various organisations such as Pacific Development Corporation Ltd., SRL Diagnostics, and Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Hansraj College, New Delhi, and has done LLB from Reliable Institute of Law.
