Omnicell Appoints Bobby Ghoshal as Independent Director

Omnicell Inc, Nasdaq listed leading provider of medication management solutions has appointed Bobby Ghoshal as an Independent Director. Ghoshal a National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut alumnus has more than 30 years of expertise in technology spanning numerous industries. As ResMed’s president of SaaS (Software as a Service), Ghoshal is in charge of the company’s global software division and is accountable for the vision, strategy, and daily management of the fast-growing SaaS portfolio. Ghoshal has contributed to the creation and management of high-performance teams in software products, digital and business transformation, information security, data analytics, and AI/ML.

He formerly held the positions of Chief Technology Officer for ResMed, Chief Operating Officer for Brightree, a company owned by ResMed that offers cloud-based software as a service for outpatient care, and head of the information technology department for ResMed’s commercial teams in the US, Canada, and Latin America. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and telecommunications from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Calicut, India. Ghoshal also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University.
