GVK Power’s Company Secretary P V Rama Seshu resigned
P V Rama Seshu has resigned from the position of Vice President, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (KMP) of GVK Power and Infrastructure Limited. He sent in his resignation on 1st June 2023 and he will be formally relieved from his official responsibilities effective from the closing of business hours on 31st August 2023. Rama Seshu has been associated with the GVK group for 24 years since 1999. He was to formally superannuate on 31st December 2024.
