Swiggy Instamart COO Ankit Jain & CBO Hari Kumar Resign Amid Leadership Reshuffle

Swiggy’s quick commerce arm Instamart has seen changes in its senior leadership team, with Chief Operating Officer (COO) Ankit Jain and Chief Business Officer (CBO) Hari Kumar stepping down from their roles, according to Moneycontrol. Their resignations were attributed to personal reasons.

Sources indicated that Swiggy has already identified a replacement for Kumar, with a new executive expected to join in the coming weeks. Jain is reportedly set to move to Nykaa, where he is expected to take charge of operations, while Kumar is yet to finalise his next assignment.

Ankit Jain leads end-to-end operations across warehouse management, middle-mile logistics, hyperlocal growth, safety, and security at Instamart. He has completed the executive course in management and business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A), and holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi.
