Tamilnad Mercantile Bank’s Independent Director B.S. Keshava Murthy resigns

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank announced the resignation of B.S. Keshava Murthy, the Independent Director on 30th July 2023. He has over 38 years of management experience in various segments of banking, Previously he was chief general manager with Indian Overseas Bank, a mid-sized PSB. He Served as General Manager-Corporate Credit, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head-Integrated Treasury at IOB between 2008 and 2014. He was a member of an important committee/sub-committee relating to capital requirement of banks/infrastructure project financing & monitoring.
