Satyavati Berera appointed on the Board of Dabur India Ltd

Effective June 1, 2023, Satyavati Berera has been appointed as an additional Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of Dabur India Ltd for a term of five consecutive years. Satyavati Berera is an Economics Graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She has over 40 years of experience managing diverse portfolios and recently superannuated as the COO of PwC India. During her time at the firm, she held various leadership roles, including Consulting Leader and Managing Partner for the North region, as well as Audit Partner and Head of Risk Advisory services. She also served on the India Leadership Team from 2011 to 2022.
