Veedol Corporation Appoints Rohit Ghanshyamdas Totla As Managing Director; Rajendra Nath Ghosal Resigns

Veedol Corporation Limited appoints Rohit Ghanshyamdas Totla as Managing Director, effective November 20, 2026. Meanwhile, Rajendra Nath Ghosal has tendered his resignation as Managing Director, effective November 19, 2026.

Totla has 27 years experience in consumer products, having worked at JSW Dulux (formerly AkzoNobel), Hindustan Coca-Cola, and Balsara Home Products (now Dabur). He joined JSW Dulux, where he spent 17 years on various assignments in India and Southeast Asia. Most recently, as Chief Business Officer (Decorative Paints) and Executive Director responsible for India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh. He spent eight years working at Hindustan Coca-Cola, rising to General Sales Manager.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Nagpur University and a postgraduate Diploma in business management from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai. He has also attended executive programmes at Dale Carnegie and IMD Lausanne.
