Sanjay Suri Elevated To Managing Director’s Position At Morepen Laboratories

Morepen Laboratories Limited has elevated Whole-Time Director Sanjay Suri to the position of Managing Director (MD) effective July 1, 2026, subject to shareholders’ approval within the prescribed timeline. He will jointly oversee the company’s management and operations with his brother Sushil Suri, who holds the position of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD).

Sanjay Suri currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Himachal Pradesh. He has nearly 38 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and has held leadership roles at Morepen Laboratories. He has contributed to the company’s growth in active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing and regulatory compliance across the US, Europe, and Asia. Under his leadership, Morepen has filed more than 170 patents and expanded its presence to over 80 countries. Suri holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Punjab University.
