NRB Bearings’s CFO Pankaj Khemka Resigns

Pankaj Khemka has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NRB Bearings Limited and has left the company with effect from December 31, 2023, due to personal reasons.

Pankaj Khemka, a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), has 19 years of experience in the field of accounting. Prior to joining NRB Bearings, Khemka worked with VST Tillers Tractors Ltd. as Vice President Finance and later held the post of CFO. He also served as CFO at Integrated Food Park and as Associate Director of Finance at Cipla.
