The Board of Adani Ent. Appoints Anju Abrol As Independent Director
The Board of Directors of Adani Enterprises Limited on 29th July 29, 2026, has approved the appointment of Anju Abrol as an Independent Director for a first term of 3 years w.e.f. July 29, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
Abrol is a seasoned banking professional with over 30 years of global experience across Asia Pacific, the USA, and Australia, including more than a decade in C-suite leadership roles. As CEO, Asia Pacific at ING Bank, she led operations across 11 markets, driving strategic growth, enhancing profitability and asset quality, and strengthening the bank’s regional presence. She previously held senior leadership positions at Westpac and Bank of America, including Chief Risk Officer and Head of Credit Risk (APAC). She has served on several Boards and advisory bodies, including EuroCham Singapore, ING Australia, Shoolini University, and the Association of Banks in Singapore. She holds an MBA from the University of Delhi, a B.Sc. (Hons.) from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
