Company Secretary Pooja Patel Resigns from RDB Rasayans

Pooja M. Patel has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of RDB Rasayans Limited with effect from December 31, 2023.

Patel is a Company Secretary, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Prior to RDB Rasayans, she worked with Cahaya Business Solutions LLP as a Compliance Associate, and Lone Star Holdings Private Limited as an Assistant Manager for Regulatory Compliance and Documentation.
