Ex-LTIMindtree Veteran Vinit Teredesai Joins Persistent Systems as New CFO

Persistent Systems has announced the appointment of Vinit Teredesai as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect, two months after he resigned from his position as CFO at LTIMindtree. He replaces Sunil Sapre, who will be retiring later this year.

Vinit Teredesai is a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant, and Certified Public Accountant in the United States. Teredesai has nearly 3 decades of experience in various financial domains, including finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, fundraising, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. Before joining LTIMindtree, he held the CFO positions at Mindtree and KPIT Technologies. Additionally, he has completed a General Management programme at the Sloan School of Management at MIT, with a focus on strategy, innovation, and technology.
