Bayer Cropscience Appoints Miriam Holstein as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Bayer Cropscience Limited has approved the appointment of Dr. Miriam Holstein as Additional Non Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from February 1, 2024, subject to the approval of the Shareholders. She replaced Harsh Kumar Bhanwala, who is joining the Board of HDFC Bank and has personal commitments. The Board also approved the resignation of Brian Naber, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director with effect from February 1, 2024.

Miriam Holstein is the Head of Corporate Office of Bayer AG from 2022 and is the former CEO and CFO for Nordic Region of Bayer Nordic SE, Finland. Holstein has also functional experience in Corporate Finance, Business Planning & Administration, LeQ’al and Capital Markets.
