Clean Science & Technology Redesignates Ashok Ramnarayan B. To Executive Vice Chairman, Siddhartha Ashok S. To MD
Ashok Ramnarayan Boob has been redesignated from MD to Whole-Time Director and Executive Vice Chairman of Clean Science and Technology Limited w.e.f. April 1, 2025.
Further, Siddhartha Ashok Sikchi has been redesignated from Whole-Time Director to Managing Director (MD) w.e.f. April 1, 2026.
Additionally, Raj Kamal and Pallavi Gokhale have been appointed as Non-Executive lndependent Directors of the company commencing from November 6, 2025.
Meanwhile, Madhu Dubhashi and Keval Navinchandra Doshi have been reappointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors of the company, w.e.f. February 6, 2026.
Ashok Ramnarayan Boob is the Promoter Director of the company and has played a key role in its growth and development since its inception. He serves on the Risk Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Finance Committees. He is also a Director at Clean Aromatics Pvt. Ltd., Clean Organics Pvt. Ltd., Clean Science Pvt. Ltd., CSTPL Foundation, and Matrix Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. He has nearly five decades of experience in the chemical industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai.
Siddhartha Ashok Sikchi serves as the Promoter Director of the company and has been instrumental in its growth and development. He is also a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the company, contributing to governance and stakeholder engagement initiatives. He has nearly two decades of experience in the specialty chemicals industry. He holds a master’s degree in organic chemistry from the University of Manitoba, Canada, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology (UDCT), Mumbai.
