Xpro India Appoints Nandini Khaitan as Independent Director

On the recommendation of the Board of Directors, the Members of Xpro India Limited have approved the appointment of Nandini Khaitan as an Independent Director with effect from February 1, 2024, for a period of five years.

Khaitan is a Partner of Khaitan & Co. and Khaitan & Co. LLP Advocates and has over fourteen years of experience. She holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Calcutta.
