Amit Chadha Re-appointed as Managing Director & CEO at L&T Technology Services

The Board of L&T Technology Limited has reappointed Amit Chadha as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) for a period of three years, with effect from April 1, 2024. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Chadha is responsible for providing business and technology leadership, market direction, and strategic vision to drive the company’s performance. Chadha has over 25 years of experience. He played a key role in promoting outsourcing services from India in engineering and information technology. He is passionate about assisting global R&D customers and Fortune 500 companies in utilising L&T Technology Services’ digital engineering solutions for strategic differentiation and product development. Previously, he served as Deputy CEO and Whole-Time Director at LTTS. He played a crucial role in the LTTS’s successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) in India in 2016. He is an electrical and electronics engineer, has received the Distinguished Alumni Award from BIT Mesra, and has completed management programmes at INSEAD, France, and Harvard Business School Publishing.
