Thyrocare Technologies’ CFO quits

Sachin Salvi has tendered his resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd for exploring other career opportunities, the company said in a statement. Salvi’s resignation will take effect from the closure of business hours on July 31, 2023.

Thyrocare has also announced the appointments of Prapti Ishwar Gilada and Harshil Jiten Vora as Independent Directors on 14th July 2023.

Prapti Ishwar Gilada is currently working as Chief Executive Officer and Clinical Microbiologist at Uni Labs Diagnostics since September 2021 and working as a Consultant Microbiologist and Infection Control Officer at Masina Hospital Trust since March 2023. Prapti holds an MBBS degree and has completed MD in Microbiology.

Harshil Jiten Vora has a total of 11 years of clinical orthopedic experience, including 3 years of international experience. He has worked at renowned centers of excellence worldwide, such as NYU Langone Medical Centre, Birmingham Heartlands Hospital, Wrightington Hospital, and Cambridge University Hospital. Vora holds an MBBS degree and has completed MS in Orthopedics as well. He further had super specialty training in England.
