Tasty Bite Eatables CFO Milin Bande Resigns

Tasty Bite Eatables Limited announced the resignation of Milin Bande as Chief Financial Officer and Anila Thomas from the post of People and Organisation Director of the company. The company has accepted their resignation, and they will be relieved of their responsibilities with effect from February 15, 2024.

Milin Bande is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of professional expertise spanning various industries such as pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, FMCG, healthcare, and iron and steel. Bande’s extensive experience encompasses a wide range of business and commercial operations, including P&L management, manufacturing and supply chain management, standard costing, business and sales finance, management reporting, strategic planning, statutory compliances, audits, legal affairs, risk management, business alliances, and related activities.

Anila Thomas has over 29 years of experience and is a seasoned HR professional who has successfully led HR functions in senior roles. Over his approximately 20-year tenure at Tasty Bite, Thomas played a pivotal role in the company. Her commitment to creating a positive work environment was recognised with a special “HR Leader Award 2021-2022” by the Great Place to Work Institute, India. She is known for her proactive approach and continuous efforts to enhance the organisation. She holds an ICF certification as an International Life and Executive Coach and graduated in computer science from Pune University. She also completed a Human Resource Management programme from XLRI and a PG Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, Delhi.
