Shweta Jalan & Atin Hirachand Jain Appointed As Directors Of Coforge
Shweta Jalan and Atin Hirachand Jain have been appointed as Non-Executive Directors (Additional Directors) on the Board of Coforge Limited, with effect from April 23, 2026, subject to approval of the shareholders.
Jalan is Managing Partner at Advent International and has been associated with the firm since 2009. She serves as Head of Asia for the firm and is part of its global managing partner committee that oversees investment strategy and operations. She has worked on private equity investments across sectors in Asia and has been involved in portfolio management and deal execution. She holds an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
Jain is a Director at Advent International and has over fifteen years of experience in private equity and investments. He has been associated with the firm since 2019. He focuses on technology investments across the US and India and healthcare investments in India. His work includes participation in more than 20 investments, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across sectors. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A).
