Sham Kajale to relinquish Dy MD’s position at Sanghvi Movers and continue as CFO

Sham Dattatraya Kajale, Joint Managing Director and CFO of Sanghvi Movers Limited, has tendered a communication on April 19, 2024, to step down as Joint Managing Director of the company; however, he would continue as Chief Financial Officer. He has informed that finance has been his core competence, and he would therefore like to concentrate on future strategic and financial planning, which is the need of the hour in view of the company’s ongoing progress.
