Maharashtra Seamless Director Pithelis Raj Santhanamarian Resigns

Maharashtra Seamless Ltd. has announced the resignation of Pithelis Raj Santhanamarian from its Board of Directors, effective September 25, 2026. The company disclosed the development to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations.

Santhanamarian resigned from the post of Director citing personal reasons and other pre-occupations. In his resignation communication, he also confirmed that there were no material reasons for his resignation other than those stated in the letter.

The latest development follows a change in his executive role earlier this year. In June 2026, Santhanamarian had stepped down as Whole-time Director of Maharashtra Seamless with effect from June 30, while continuing on the Board as a Non-Executive Director. His latest resignation marks his complete exit from the company’s Board.

Santhanamarian had been associated with Maharashtra Seamless in a leadership capacity, including as Whole-time Director before transitioning to a Non-Executive Director role. The June 2026 disclosure had stated that his move away from the executive position was also due to personal reasons and other pre-occupations.

The September 2026 board change is therefore the latest development in Santhanamarian’s association with Maharashtra Seamless, completing his transition from an executive leadership role in June to his eventual exit from the Board in September.
