Sadbhav Engineering’s ED and CFO Dwigesh Joshi quits

Dwigesh B. Joshi, Executive Director and CFO of Sadbhav Engineering Limited, has tendered his resignation with effect from the close of business hours on April 8, 2024. He was relieved of his roles and responsibilities on the same day. In his resignation letter, Joshi mentioned personal reasons and his health condition as the reasons behind his decision.

Joshi holds a master’s degree in Business Administration. He has more than 15 years of rich experience in the banking sector. He has worked in senior positions with various reputed banks. He has been handling financial facilities for the company. He has a rich experience of 15+ years in managing a gamut of Corporate Finance, Banking relationships, Debt Capital market, Credit Rating, Project Finance, Costing and Accounting, Supply Chain, Treasury management areas and has been Proficient in management of Working Capital, Structuring of the Treasury transactions.
