Rutuja Jagtap Appointed Independent Director Of Praj Industries

The Board of Directors of Praj Industries Limited has approved the appointment of Rutuja Jagtap as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company. The notice to get the shareholders’ agreement to appoint Rujuta Jagtap has been served by the company.

Rutuja Jagtap started working at SAJ Test Plant Pvt. Ltd. in 2006 and currently holds the position of Executive Director. She also worked at Tata Steel from 2002 to 2006, where she handled international and domestic sales and marketing. She’s a director at MCCIA, vice chairperson at the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and the British Business Group (BBG PUNE), and a member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TIE). She also judges business plan competitions, which they organise in partnership with PRAJ.
