Rituraj Sharma Appointed As CEO Of Borosil; Shreevar Kheruka Redesignated As MD

Rituraj Sharma has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Borosil Limited, with effect from May 20, 2026, following approval of the Board of Directors. As part of the leadership restructuring, Shreevar Kheruka has been redesignated from CEO and MD to MD.

Sharma has been associated with the company for over 20 years serving as the President until recently. He has worked on multiple internal initiatives involving category expansion, sales transformation, distribution network development, and technology adoption. His work also includes the use of analytics-based approaches for business management and operational planning. During his tenure, he has been involved in driving organisational changes across key functional areas. Sharma holds a management degree from the University of Mumbai and has completed a Senior Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A).

Kheruka represents the fourth generation of the Kheruka business family. He has over 16 years of experience in general management, strategy, business, governance, finance, and risk. He has been associated with the group since 2006 and has been involved in its growth and business transformation. Under his leadership, Borosil has expanded from a single-product structure to a multi-product, multi-brand, and multi-channel business with international presence. He has been recognised as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum (WEF) and featured in the Economic Times “40 Under Forty” list. He holds directorships across Borosil group companies and industry bodies. Kheruka holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
