RattanIndia Power Appoints Manish Ratnakar as CFO & Gaurav Toshkhani as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of RattanIndia Power Limited appointed Manish Ratnakar Chitnis as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company on April 9, 2024. He replaced Ankur Mitra.

Manish Chitnis is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has three decades of experience leading fund-raising initiatives for the power sector, Credit rating, Risk Budgeting, MIS functions and strategic planning activities. Prior to joining RattanIndia Group, he was associated with some well-known companies, including L&T, Capital First Market, Fullerton India Credit Company Limited, Community Finance Private Limited, and India Power.

Company has also appointed Gaurav Toshkhani as Company Secretary (CS) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company in place of Lalit Narayan Mathpati, with effect from April 9, 2024.

Gaurav Toshkhani is a seasoned Company Secretarial and legal professional. He is a Fellow Company Secretary and holds an LLB. He has over 27 years of experience in diverse enterprises, managing Preferential issuance, QIB placements, Private equity funding, Joint ventures, IPOs, Public and GDR issues, Mergers and Demergers, Buybacks, ESOPs, Restructurings etc. He has previously worked with the Hero Group, the Indiabulls Group, RattanIndia Group, and other reputed companies in different capacities. In his last appointment, he was the Company Secretary for RattanIndia Finance Private Limited.
