Rashmi Gupta Appointed Company Secretary of Inox Green

Inox Green Energy Services Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Rashmi Gupta as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from September 8, 2023.

Rashmi Gupta has more than 12 years of experience in handling Secretarial compliances. She has earlier worked with HCL Technologies Limited & Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited among others. She has been associated with Inox GFL Group since 2020. Rashmi Gupta is a qualified Company Secretary and a Law graduate.
