Raghav Chandra & Sriparna Ganguly Chaudhuri Join Snowman Logistics As Independent Directors

Raghav Chandra and Sriparna Ganguly Chaudhuri have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors (Additional Directors) of Snowman Logistics Limited, effective April 20, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders. They have succeeded Arun Kumar Gupta and Bhaskar Avula Reddy, who have retired upon completion of their terms.

Further, Richa Gupta has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, with effect from May 1, 2026. She will succeed Sohan Singh Dhakad, who has resigned to continue in a different role within the company, effective April 30, 2026.

Chandra is a former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1982 batch who retired as Secretary to the Government of India. He served as Chairman of the National Highways Authority of India and worked across infrastructure, urban development, and finance. His roles included positions in the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Culture. He has also served in Madhya Pradesh in urban development and industrial roles. He is an arbitrator and serves as an independent director on multiple company boards. An alumnus of St. Stephen’s College and University of Delhi, he also completed a master’s in public administration from Harvard University as an Edward S. Mason Fellow.

Chaudhuri has over three decades of experience across corporate and social sectors, with work in CSR, brand management, and development programmes. She has held leadership roles at Tata Steel Foundation, The Hunger Project, and Dasra. She has also worked with organisations such as Dabur India and the National Dairy Development Board, handling programme execution, partnerships, and team management across multiple regions. Chaudhuri holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Mathematical Statistics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand. She completed an executive programme at Harvard Kennedy School and is pursuing an M.A. from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).

Gupta has over eight years of post-qualification experience across organisations, including ITC Ltd., Vedant Fashions Ltd., TV Today Network Ltd., E2E Networks Ltd., and Protiviti Consulting Pvt. Ltd. She has experience in corporate secretarial functions, including Board and Committee management, SEBI (LODR) compliance, and statutory filings. She has handled Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including agenda preparation and documentation, and contributed to Corporate Governance frameworks. She also has exposure to accounts, finance, taxation, and human resources functions. Gupta is a qualified Company Secretary with a B.Com (Hons) degree and has cleared CA IPCC.
