Priyavrat Bhartia Reappointed As MD Of Jubilant Pharmova & Arjun Shanker Bhartia Reappointed As Joint MD

Jubilant Pharmova has approved the reappointment of Priyavrat Bhartia, son of its Chairman Shyam S. Bhartia, as Managing Director (MD) and Arjun Shanker Bhartia, son of its Co-Chairman Hari S. Bhartia, as Joint MD for a further term of three years, effective June 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

Priyavrat Bhartia has around 26 years of industry experience and has served on the Board of Jubilant Pharmova since May 2017 as a Non-Executive Director. He also serves on the Boards of Jubilant Ingrevia, Jubilant Industries, HT Media, Digicontent, Hindustan Media Ventures, and other group companies. He has been involved in strategic planning and long-term business initiatives across the Jubilant Group. His experience includes business strategy, Corporate Governance, and industry operations across multiple sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University.

Arjun Shanker Bhartia began his career as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where he worked between 2008 and 2010 across multiple industries. He has served as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Jubilant Pharmova since May 2017 and has been involved in the company’s strategic planning and business operations. His role includes supporting strategy execution and business direction across the organisation. Bhartia also serves on the Boards of Jubilant Consumer and Jubilant Enpro. His experience spans business analysis, corporate strategy, and operations across sectors linked to the Jubilant Group. He graduated from Brown University in 2008.
