Pricol’s Independent Director Sriya Chari has resigned

Sriya Chari has tendered her resignation as Non-Executive Independent Director of Pricol Limited with effect from July 4, 2024, due to her personal commitments.

Sriya Chari, 47, has 28 years’ experience. She serves on the Boards of Rajsriya Automotive Industries, Yogya Systems, and India Motor Parts & Accessories. She completed her B.Com. (Hons.) from Sriram College of Commerce, and she also did her MBA from Cardiff Business School, University of Wales.
