PFC Inducts V. Packirisamy & CA Pankaj Gupta To Board Of Directors
Power Finance Corporation (PFC) Limited has inducted V. Packirisamy and CA Pankaj Gupta to its Board of Directors effective June 24, 2026.
Packirisamy has joined the Board as Director (Commercial), while Pankaj Gupta has been inducted as an Independent Director.
V. Packirisamy has over three decades of experience in the power sector and infrastructure finance. During his career at PFC, he has contributed to expanding the organisation’s operations and strengthening its appraisal and risk management systems. He has played a key role in supporting the growth of PFC’s loan portfolio through his work in project financing and financial assessment. His experience spans infrastructure financing, credit appraisal, risk management, and institutional development within the power sector.
CA Pankaj Gupta has over 25 years of experience in taxation, audit, corporate law, and financial advisory. He is the Managing Partner of Pankaj Manvi & Associates, advising domestic and international clients on direct and indirect taxation, corporate compliance, fundraising, and litigation. His expertise covers income tax, international taxation, transfer pricing, GST, FEMA, capital market regulations, and transaction advisory, including IPOs, FPOs, and private equity deals. Gupta is a public policy commentator on taxation and financial matters and contributes to professional journals and business forums. He also serves as an Independent Director at NTPC Ltd. and Director at Scaliora Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd.
