IFB Industries Appoints Sandeep Joseph Abraham, Arup Das & Manoj Kumar Vijay Via Postal Ballot
IFB Industries Limited has approved the appointment of three Directors through a postal ballot process that concluded on June 25, 2026. The shareholders cleared resolutions to induct Sandeep Joseph Abraham as Director and Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Arup Das as Director & Executive Director of Engineering Business, and Manoj Kumar Vijay as Independent Director.
Abraham’s career includes roles at TAFE, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Sify Technologies, Trident Hotels, and Vodafone. He was most recently associated with MRF as Vice President for business development for over a decade. He has over 30 years of experience across the B2B and B2C sectors. He has managed large-scale business operations and worked on product development, market expansion, and operations. Abraham is a mechanical engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli and holds a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
Vijay serves as an Independent Director at Usha Martin Education and Solutions and Peterhouse Investments India. He is also on the Boards of RW Ropeways, KGVK Agro, and Redtech Network India. He has over 36 years of experience with the Usha Martin Group, where he worked across accounts, finance, business management, administration, human resources, and legal functions. After superannuation, Vijay continues to be associated with Usha Breco as a consultant. He is a commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta with a diploma in multimedia design.
