Nikhil Agarwal Appointed as Company Secretary of RITES

Nikhil Agarwal is appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of RITES Limited with effect from September 12, 2023, till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post to replace Joshit Ranjan Sikidar.

Nikhil Agarwal, is working as Deputy General Manager in RITES Limited. He has over 11 years of experience in the fields of finance and Company Secretary.

Joshit Ranjan Sikidar has been selected for the post of Director/Finance of Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) and he will be joining as Director/ Finance of SECI from September 12, 2023.
