NACL Industries Ltd appoints Raj Kaul as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director

Raj Kaul has been appointed as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of NACL Industries Ltd. starting from May 5, 2023. Kaul has extensive global experience in the crop protection business, M&A, and advisory services related to agrochemicals, biotechnology, and seeds. He holds a BSc Engg. (Honors) degree and a Post Graduate degree in Marketing from IIM, Ahmedabad.
