Amit Mundra steps down as CFO of Astron Paper and Board Mill Ltd

The chief Financial officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, Amit Mundra, has resigned from Astron Paper and Board Mill Limited citing personal reasons. The resignation will be effective from May 27, 2023.
