N.R. Vishwanathan Appointed As Head Of HR & Admin At NACL Industries; Sriniwas C.R. Steps Down As CHRO

N.R. Vishwanathan has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources & Admin and as the Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP) of NACL Industries Limited, effective May 4, 2026. He will replace Sriniwas C.R., who has resigned as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and SMP of the company, effective the above-mentioned date.

Further, Rajesh Mukhija has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, with effect from May 5, 2026. He will succeed Satish Kumar Subudhi, who has stepped down effective May 4, 2026.

Vishwanathan has over 25 years of experience in human resources (HR) across manufacturing, agri-inputs, and diversified businesses. He is associated with Coromandel International Ltd., where he first joined in March 2011 and later returned in April 2019 to lead the HR function for the retail business. He has also worked within Murugappa Group entities, handling HR roles across diversified business segments. His previous positions include Head of HR at TTK-LIG Ltd. and Assistant Vice President (AVP) roles in employee management. His career includes assignments with organisations such as Future Group, TNT India Pvt. Ltd., Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd., and Stocko Electronics, focusing on HR management and organisational development.

Mukhija has served as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Coromandel International and later continued with the organisation as a legal advisor. He has held roles including Senior Vice President (SVP) of Legal at Coromandel, Director of Legal Affairs at Ford India, and VP of General Counsel & Company Secretary at JCB India Ltd. He also served as Executive Director, General Counsel, and Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Asahi India Glass Ltd. He has experience in legal advisory, Corporate Governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Mukhija is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds degrees from the University of Delhi.
