Lovable Lingerie’s Vineesh Vijayan Resigns As Company Secretary

Vineesh Vijayan Thazhumpal has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Lovable Lingerie Limited, effective from November 10, 2023. In his letter, Thazhumpal mentioned better growth and career opportunities as reasons for his resignation.

Also, Amit Anil Pandit has tendered his resignation as the Independent Director of the company, with effect from November 9, 2023, citing preoccupations and personal commitments. Consequently, he shall also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the company.
