Sagar Cements Appoints J. Raja Reddy As Company Secretary

Shri J. Raja Reddy has been appointed as Company Secretary and KMP by the Board of Directors of Sagar Cements Limited at their meeting held on October 19, 2023, and his appointment is effective November 11, 2023.

Reddy replaces R. Soundararajan, who retired on November 10, 2023. Sundarrajan, 74, decided to seek retirement due to his poor health. He is a corporate veteran of around 50 years, out of which 25 years were spent at Sagar Cement.
