Kamal Dua To Succeed Jaideep Paul As Airtel Africa CFO

Airtel Africa has announced Kamal Dua as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective after the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). He will succeed Jaideep Paul, who will be retiring from his position as Executive Director and CFO with effect from the end of the AGM.

Dua will also join the company’s Board as an Executive Director following his appointment at the July 2025 AGM. Paul will transition to a new role within the Bharti Group, ensuring a smooth handover to Dua. Sunil Bharti Mittal, Board Chair, acknowledged Paul’s contributions to Airtel Africa and expressed confidence in Dua’s leadership as the company moves forward.
