Kalyani Forge Appoints Ajay Tandon as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Kalyani Forge Limited has appointed Ajay Tandon as an Independent Director of the company with effect from April 27, 2024, for five years, and his appointment will be confirmed by shareholders subsequently.

Ajay Tandon, 68, has over 35 years of experience, including executive and non-executive roles on the Boards of 19 companies in his career and senior management roles with Tata Autocomp, General Motors, Godrej & Boyce (including a stint with General Electric JV). He is also serving as an advisor to Hamilton & Company and is a certified executive & life coach. He has an academic background in engineering from IIT Madras with a B.Tech. (Mechanical) with Distinction and Management from IIM Ahmedabad (PGDM).
