Justice (Retd.) Vikramajit Sen & Pravesh Sharma Retire As Independent Directors Of DCM Shriram

Justice (Retd.) Vikramajit Sen and Pravesh Sharma have completed their term as Independent Directors of DCM Shriram Limited and consequently retired w.e.f. August 9, 2026.

Justice (Retd.) Vikramajit Sen is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company and has been associated with its Board since August 2016. A retired Judge of the Supreme Court of India, he brings around 40 years of experience in the legal and judicial fields. He is also a member of the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee. Justice Sen completed his graduation in History with Honours from St. Stephen’s College and obtained his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, securing First Division. During his judicial career, he handled matters across various areas of law and served in the higher judiciary. His experience in law and governance contributes to his role on the company’s Board.

Pravesh Sharma is a member of the CSR and Audit Committees. A former IAS officer, he has more than 34 years of experience in food security, agriculture, rural finance, rural development and natural resources management. After taking voluntary retirement from the IAS, he promoted two start-ups focused on developing sustainable and inclusive agricultural value chains. His work has covered public administration, rural development and agricultural finance. Sharma also serves on the Boards of Samunnati Agri Innovations Lab Pvt. Ltd. and Samunnati Foundation. His experience in government administration and the agriculture sector contributes to his role in corporate governance and board oversight.
