JPMorgan Announces AI Training for All New Hires

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is providing new employees with training in artificial intelligence, a technology CEO Jamie Dimon has compared to the revolutionary impact of the printing press and steam engine.

According to Mary Erdoes, head of the asset- and wealth-management unit, everyone joining this year will receive prompt engineering training to prepare them for the future of AI. She made this statement during the firm’s investor day on Monday.
