Independent Director of Sadbhav Engineering Anjali N. Choksi Resigns

Anjali Nirav Choksi has tendered her resignation from the post of Independent Director with effect from January 18, 2024, due to pre-occupation and other personal reasons.

Choksi, 40, is a practicing Chartered Accountant, specialising in accounting, auditing, income tax, ROC compliance, GST compliance, project financing, bank audit, concurrent audit, stock audit, insolvency professional services, and valuation of assets (land & building, plant & machinery, and financial assets). She has over 15 years of experience in the field.
