Harsh Pati Singhania Reappointed As CMD Of JK Paper

Harsh Pati Singhania has been reappointed as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of JK Paper Limited, effective January 1, 2027, subject to the approval of shareholders.

Additionally, Harshavardhan Neotia has been reappointed as an lndependent Director of the company, effective July 29, 2027, subject to the approval of shareholders.

Further, Rajat Yadav has been appointed as the Head of Digital & IT and a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company, effective May 18, 2026.

Harsh Pati Singhania belongs to the promoter family of JK Organisation, which operates across sectors including paper, cement, tyres, engineering, textiles, food, and defence. He serves as CMD of JK Paper Ltd. and has led the company’s expansion, diversification, and acquisition initiatives over the past two decades. He has also held leadership roles in industry bodies, including as former President of the Indian Paper Manufacturers Association and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry. He currently serves as the first Vice Chair and Executive Board member of the International Chamber of Commerce. Singhania holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Harshavardhan Neotia is the Chairman of Ambuja Neotia Group, which operates in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and education. He is a recipient of the Padma Shri and served on the boards of the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, and was a member of the Court of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). Neotia is Chairman of Anant Centre and Jnana Pravaha. He is also a trustee of Shree Somnath Trust. He has served as President of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and All India Management Association, besides holding positions across cultural, educational, and policy institutions.

Most recently, Rajat Yadav served as Head of IT at JCB India and was part of the executive management committee. He led enterprise-wide IT and digital strategy across manufacturing facilities and regional operations, including projects related to MES, industrial IoT systems, private 5G deployment, AI programmes, and governance processes. Earlier, he worked at CNH Industrial, where he handled enterprise systems modernisation and analytics initiatives. He has also held leadership roles at Diageo India, Reckitt Benckiser, Microsoft India, and Wipro Ltd. Yadav completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University in 2004 and earned a postgraduate diploma in management from Management Development Institute Gurgaon in 2013.
