Gopal Srinivasan retires from Wonderla Holidays’ Board

Gopal Srinivasan, Independent Director of the Company, completed his second term as Independent Director of Wonderla Holidays Limited on 2nd August 2023.

In his 25-year career, Gopal Srinivasan has founded various companies, including TVS Capital Funds Limited and TVS Electronics Limited. He is the founder of TVS Capital Funds Limited. He serves as the chairman of the boards of these companies. Additionally, he is a Director in TVS & Sons Ltd, which is the holding company, and also serves on the boards of other companies within the Group.
