Cupid Limited’s Independent Director Jandhyala L Sharma Passes Away

Cupid Limited has informed the exchanges that Jandhyala L Sharma, Independent Director on the company’s board passed away on August 1, 2023. Sharma was an investment banking veteran with rich experience of over three decades. A Ph.D. in Finance and law graduate Sharma’s areas of expertise included corporate finance, fund raising and business activities. Has also worked in the US as a financial economist in Government and professor of Finance in Cleveland, Ohio.
