Dr. Naresh Trehan completes his term on Devyani International’s Board

Dr. Naresh Trehan completed his first term as Independent Director of Devyani International Limited on April 20, 2024. Consequently, Trehan ceased to be an Independent Director of the company.

Naresh Trehan has around 50 years of vast experience, holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from the University of Lucknow, and has been certified as a renowned cardiothoracic surgeon by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He trained and practiced at the New York University Medical Centre in Manhattan, USA, from July 1, 1971, to June 30, 1975, and is an honorary fellow at the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He has received many prestigious awards, including the Padma Bhushan Award, presented by the Government of India.
