Munjal Auto’s Company Secretary Rakesh Johari is set to step down

Rakesh Johari tendered his resignation on April 20, 2024, from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Munjal Auto Industries Limited. He has decided to pursue a career outside of the company. The company has accepted his resignation, and he will cease to be in the post with effect from May 15, 2024.
