CS Veena Kamath resigns from Can Fin Homes

Veena G Kamath has resigned from the post of Dy. General Manager & Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) at Can Fin Homes Limited effective September 16, 2023.

She possesses a dual degree in Business Management and Law and is a registered member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She commenced her tenure at Can Fin Homes Ltd. as a Legal Officer in October 1998 and presently serves as the head of the Centralized Legal Department. Since April 1, 2015, she has held the position of Company Secretary. In addition, she oversees the Board Secretariat and Taxation Department. Not only does she fulfill the role of Chief Compliance Officer, but she also acts as the Nodal Officer for Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) and handles Investor Compliances.
