CMD Rajiv C. Mody Appointed CEO of Sasken Technologies

Abhijit Kabra has stepped down from the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sasken Technologies Limited, with effect from June 3, 2024.
The Board, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has designated Rajiv C. Mody as Chief Executive Officer of the Company in addition to his current position as Chairman and Managing Director, effective June 3, 2024.
Alwyn Joseph Premkumar has been appointed as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company (Senior Management Personnel) effective June 3, 2024.
Rajiv C. Mody is the Chairman, and Managing Director and one of the promoters of the company. He has over 35 years of experience in the technology business and has worked for Advanced Micro Devices, Seattle Tech Inc., and VLSI Technology Inc. in the USA. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from M.S. University, Baroda, and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic Institute of New York. He is also an Independent Director on the Board of Centum Electronics Limited.
Alwyn Joseph Premkumar has over 18 years of experience in the technology and engineering services sectors. Premkumar was Deputy CEO at FPT Software Americas and served on the Board of Directors for FPT’s Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa business unit. He has also held several managerial positions at leading tech firms. He completed his engineering degree in electronics and communications from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and Executive Management Programme at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
